Transitioning from a mechanical engineering background into the controls industry has been both challenging and exciting. My foundation in mechanical systems has proven invaluable in understanding how control strategies are applied to enhance system performance. It’s particularly fascinating to see how complex building services can be monitored and adjusted remotely, and how seamlessly individual components integrate to form a fully automated, intelligent system.
